HotFix for never-ending installation

On some super-fast modernistic PCs my installer works also fast for one of the procedures fail to execute (compared to my ho-hum testing rig). To avoid this, I've remade fg-09.bin, so if yous didn't install the game nonetheless, grab a new file and install with it.

Besides use it if y'all're stuck on last percents for too long and you don't accept one of these processes in Task Managing director: fgpack.exe, 10.exe, x2n.exe or x5.exe. In that instance abolish installation and kill any cmd.exe processes you lot take. Then reinstall with a new fg-09.bin. The "stuck" at the end will still exist a affair for 30-60 mins, but the installation should end normally.
